The third and final defendant in the Kern Valley Healthcare District's elder abuse case plead guilty to one count of elder abuse and will be sentenced January 9th 2013.
Gwen Hughes, Director of Nursing at the KVHD Skilled nursing facility for six months in 2006, avoided ten counts of elder abuse and assault, instead admitting to one single count of abuse.
The thud that has been heard around the Kern River Valley, as former KVHD CEO, Pamela Ott, and Skilled nursing physician, Dr. Hoshang Pormir, also took deals from the California State Attorney General's office with only probation as their sentence.
Commensurate? Not close, but it's no surprise that no alteration of course has occurred within the justice system, which truly turns out to be JUST US.
The elder abuse case which highlighted abuses of staffing, pharmaceuticals, the inefficacy of government oversight to prevent such systematic failure as to potentially have lead to extremes such as death of residents.
Provided to the DOJ, Governor Jerry BRown, Attorney General Kamala Harris, who have all moved on with their political agendas, leaving in their wake, a certain quality of clarity.
They don't care.
They will not fight for simple humanity, as they must have none.
But some of us, will never stop fighting against this victim machine. Just higher up the food chain this time around.
lol See you there.
HIGH RISK HOSPITAL: Healthcare and politics don't mix or when they do you get elder abuse, bullying, short staffing, misinformation, medical errors, discrimination, billing anomalies, and ALWAYS promises of change...it's the notorious Kern Valley Healthcare District
Persistance and Tenacity, requires a new chapter, a new beginning....

Cal Mtg. and the World of money WAR
Austerity Days in Sacramento, California
There was a time we heard the cries of desperate attempts to convince voters to support taxing themselves, which went over like a lead balloon. But an alternative to the Democratic Governo’r strategy became to add on his own FEES, as he deems necessary.
Such is the age of Austerity and it’s awfully strange ALIGNMENT of causes which are ALLOWEd funding whereas there are selective, Particular areas where this money can be gathered.
There are efforts on both sides to ARGUE who and what agencies will get this funding, whether it federal or some educational allotments, and everpresent is the Zillions available in the Healthcare Industry.
Also, up to par is the Hollyweird Crowd, the propogandists, the media, who assail us with their droning on convincing us entertainment, money, control is achieved in leering at a television set or a computer or a game on a video machine.
There is government spending to fund the television programming, and there are fractured groups vying for the spending.
Such as grant money for support of ARTs and this would include a very suspect practice I have noted recently.
Joey Travolta, brother to John Travolta, who has been in the limelight for thirty plus years, has taken on the cause, or at least to appear to do this, of mentally challenged children.
The State of California along with what I assume to be a parceling of fund for these grants throughout other states, amounts to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Several parents of this program were concerned there was some unfair advantage to certain children, and they took only certain types for which they received this funding.
When I took a small dive into simply another pond being drained by those who cut the transparency, favoritism an option in this cut throat econonomic environment, for a “worthy cause?”
How do you say that Joey Travolta who appears to have had opportunities to get grant money for his movies he makes paying little to the stars who are with a promise they will be helped in their careers as Actors?
Just another place to spend money on the top players of the games. Travolta is a big name, but what about people who would be willing to adequately distribute? Where is the opportunity?
Not there as Foundations and grant organizations, government tax monies are frittered away so that top dogs get the whole can of food, while shoveling some kibble down and calling it a program which has some merit.
How we could possibly begin to oversee the veracity, of which there is little, is impossible. This is a smoke screen of money changing hands.
And it is especially hiding in places where the money is expected, hoped, to be spent for the Benefit of those who need it. But that does not seem to be the case.
The Kern River Valley is under seige of organizations or other types of “things” which seek to control the resources, the land, and money.
The Lake Isabella Dam Project has that same agenda, within a few years of SUDDENLY becoming an interest of reinforcing this dam for safety reasons, a community has been swept off it’s feet with the Army Corps of Engineers arrogantly landing here beginning to give the orders.
After a few years of so-called planning there has been no OUTSIDE oversight of private individuals allowed to examine the need to Construct any thing on this dam.
NO independent studies have been submitted, as there is an URGENCY of some scarce explanation, some have included a “NOAH”S ARK” type of flood which has entered the Propoganda field.
WHAT LANDED here is an unidentified Land and Money Grabber, a new craft that takes its prey without a shout or a hoot or holler,, as the almighty dollar drives this force to move out of it’s way.
The Goal may not be a Dam thing what is being SOLD to the public or it’s public representatives, but this is a major event, and is being PUSHED down the throats of all who wish to Oppose it.
So, far, there has been nearly 40 million spent, how necessary was this expenditure? To pay off those who would close your mouth, disagree, divide you? YES.
In this event there is no logic except pure FORCE. The force which is driving the whole world right now, an ugly presence of STRUGGLE for the resources, the KNOWLEDGE of technologies, the ownership of massive power.
It’s in this area, has been as the Kern Valley Healthcare District partnering with CAL MTG. part of the Office of Statewide Healthcare Development and Planning Department, twenty five years ago for a hospital expansion which turned into a subtraction for the whole community, claims AUSTERITY issues.
To heck with making any sense, and so many have thrown away their willingness to fight, as there is no reason this community would have been asked to pay to BAILOUT a Bond indenture that could have bankrupted and been done years ago.
Hypocrisy forms a lousy provider of fair and adequate distribution of resources, yet we are daily being fed this lie.
Cal Mtg. sure could have done something other than extend this errant loan project out forty years, they were bound by contract to oversee the tiny hospital’s plans, yet they were also in control of who would RuN the hospital.
CEO’s are apparently a recipient of grand sums of money at KVHD along with other perks. I’m sure the pressure is on But KVHD CEO, Tim McGlew, seems to be in a trend being a Vice President of the “home for Jewish Parents” part of a Multi-million project with “Go See Cal” Funding.
Ending up in the Kern River Valley? Tim McGlew presence here a coincidence or potentially some other reason?
There are small and big animals of survival of the “reap the mostest” the latest of the monsters created by our environment of inherent hostilities, manufactured by a system gone wild!
Hoarding is not just people collecting newspapers and irregular items, this is Oprah herself whose fortune is outrageous, but is a CATCH22 which caught a whole world.
We can’t get around it, it is here, there is frenzy, there is hoarding, there is also LYING to us about our condition, and the word is AUSTERITY.
America: Austerity for some, but a few.

Democratic National Convention: Starring....Kamala Harris
I think we recently looked at the Bright future that California Attorney General has with the Democratic party, as the AG Took to beating Obama's drum, as her obvious Grooming and Demographically Alluring qualities, put her in the forefront for Such offices as Governor, Or even perhaps, a Washington Post?
Shown Above, the AG, before She was AG, actually a few days before she was elected AG, as Her and that familiar Guy, not family guy, Jerry Brown in 2010 in Bakersfield, admired each other and basked in a limelight, not so sublime.
(In the LEFT hand corner of the pic above, is Me, the snarky one, interested in some real words to assuage the pain of the Disservice KVHD caused to so many. And thanks to this woman above, will continue with OUT a single word from the AG that doesn't seem to say "we're sorry." )
Remembering that day, by chance, I had heard of this Stop on the Campaign trail, a few days out of the Novermber, 2010 election. "what the heck" I thought, and grabbed my gear, a KVHD under F"IRe, business card for my vest, and off we went.
There was a struggle for cameras and space in the tiny pizza joint, but we set up our stuff, and I was actually on the front page of the Bakersfield Californian, the following day, staring up or at my camera person, lovingly, as these two political Hot dogs, toasted their buns over a Democtratic fire, lead by Obama in the National front, their drums and horns adjusted to his message.
Kamala Harris, former Prosecutor for MArin County, (How many real estate fraud prosecutions could she make? The Marin county version of tough on crime...LOL) and a tough on "Some thing" (other than elder abuse or collusion, white collar crime, or any sort of "other than KVHD" category).
Well, I saw her, I spotted this woman and now Have her Career in my sights. How she could conjure herself a National League player, the National Convention, Democrats brought out their SHOW HORSE, and paraded her in the crowd to gauge a response.
She winnied and very little neighing, and this Quiet AG of California, not one to clamour off to a Hollywood funeral, but sometimes Speaking of "priniciples in politics" speaking to graduating classes of Law students. Joking about her parents, the "60's protesters" so she Knows, oh yeah, this is her badge of honor. The off spring of parents who saw fit to protest and then Leave off, or are they protesting their own daughter's conversion to the "System?"
Her words are mellifluous and appealing in so many ways, in so many ways she's Obama in Drag. LOL Okay, that's not a stretch as our CA AG, Miss Harris, has empty words.
The picture above, me craning to see these two big Democratic ticket players doing their bit in front of the conservatively bent Kern county backdrop. Neither of them, would look me in the eyes. They were incapable of real contact. Their Propaganda, had no heart or no content of real concern.
So, here we are talking about the star of the Democratic party, the Obama of women, a "whisperer" a crowd pleaser, we can eat at her empty trough, as this is the AG who came out at the end of this elder abuse, the second situation with Pamela Ott, the CEO, who walked with three years of probation, and with a Cheer, recognized the good job the AG did.
What a ticket to ride, as the Democratic party pushes its newest member of the country club. (Good Grief Charlie Brown. )
I say, to her, and the whole DOJ, let's debate fair play and principles. I love a good debate. And I love fair play and principles.
Just because a politician says she has not lost her principles, does not mean the evidence that she really has should not be thrown out. ---Laura Hart 2012
Who exactly does KVHD serve that two big Democrats can ignore the obvious? Seriously, lol ....

They are all doing it...
The case at the Kern Valley Healthcare District is not a special situation. It is not unique. It is too familiar in that there are those who desire money, power, recognition, etc. who want to be special, are spreading rapidly all throughout our system.
They have robbed us of our trust in their deep misunderstanding of what has happened to them.
That deep deception foists itself upon us all. From our small community where some chose to ignore the growing illness or even accept it all the way to the people feeding off the top where they no longer remain hidden.
Greed has dug a hole as some are in a constant state of seeking more.
This lead Pamela Ott, former KVHD CEO, to lie and convince us that she was here at KVHD and at Sierra Kings to help make healthcare better for all.
It was a wonderful notion, but it was not her true intention.
Dr. Hoshang Pormir, was mislead and swept away by the people who would do anything to control a tiny hospital.
He left his oath as physician healer to go down this empty road.
Gwen Hughes another victim of this deceit took it upon herself to harm patients under the orders of those such as KVHD board members, Bob Jamison, Brad Armstrong, JoAnne Jones, CNO, Sharon Brucker, CFO, Chet Beedle.
Then others came such as CEO's Rick Carter and Tim McGlew. They didn't come for our benefit they came seeking their own.
Even new CNO, sold out to the false power. Mark Gordon held out as long as he could. Now it's almost impossible to get a true word from him.
But these people are truly victims of victims as on top you will find those who are prey to the fake power of control.
Jerry Brown your California Governor has been eating at the same table.
His justice could not possibly tear apart a whole system? Could he?
Only if he was in a position not in the deceit.
Could someone so entrenched in the power of deception be able to even see truth anymore?
There is only suffering for these people.
A felony for these defendants who hide in shame, is nothing compared to what these people are suffering with and will until they give it up.
I know they are not the only ones. I know this is what has happened to them. I do hope that they can recover their real truth and move forward. But these depths of untruth are difficult to navigate. The bigger it gets the more it consumes.
But that is what KVHD under Fire caused which was to expose truth to such a degree that there would be no further deception. They are duly exposed all of them from your local ER to Obama care.
Telling the truth was my service. It was NEVER a burden to carry. It freed me when it was spoken.
It is our obligation and only real tool against such corruption. SPEAK TRUTH no matter what if only for yourself.
The powers that be have admitted that there is pervasive deception and we cannot trust in them to bring us truth. We can see it and if we can we don't linger in revenge or false justice. The courts are full of untruth. They have been perverted for the sake of power.
No court can bring truth, only true hearts have it. And you know who you are.
Best to all.

No justice for the weary: California Attorney General's office
Kamala Harris and her crew at the California Attorney General's office are probably not going to want to hear what I'm about to say.
Harris has not done anything in terms of leadership that would actually manifest as what some of us out here would call "justice."
The plea deal given Dr. Hoshang Pormir, will result in no more than probation.
The two other defendants were also given the opportunity to slide out on a "conspiracy" charge as did Pormir, but apparently they didn't take the deal.
The Kern County Superior Court calendar still shows defendants, Pamela Ott and Gwen Hughes, scheduled for a court on June 20th and the trial on June 25th.
This does not mean there will be a trial.
Harris who is in charge of justice for Californians, and someone who has said many times on the campaign trail that you don't "have to give up your principles" to be in political office, has allowed this case to slide away and out of sight.
I guess you do have to give up your principles then, as elder abuse, white collar crime, lying to a community, all things Miss Harris harped on during her campaign for attorney general in 2010, have to be thrown out to ignore a case like this one.
It's now in the hands of the civil attorneys to try and bring home the bacon for their respective plaintiffs, but in the long run, these cases merely feed the lawyers and court system.
I would like to personally apologize to the families of the victims, the employees who were fired for doing nothing more than your duty to tell the truth, and to the patients who died in an uncaring abusive environment.
I'm so sorry this "lack of justice system" has turned into the plague on our environment it really has become.
This attorney general has made a mockery of us all.
Don't forget her name, Kamala Harris. And please don't forget my friend, Governor Jerry Brown, who started the elder abuse case which he used to springboard to the governors mansion.
I'll let you know what I plan on doing about this...soon.

California Department of Public Health surprise move to deregulate Nursing Home industry...
I currently have a call in to the Department of Public Health
asking for a response to a very shocking but yet inexplicable story on
the part of the agency to drastically reduce oversight in state nursing
homes.
The story coming from the CANHR website, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, www.canhr.org/, reports that DPH attempted to get a measure passed that would reduce oversight in hospitals but the reduction in monitoring nursing homes would have been extensive.
It included removing time lines for inspections on licensing, as well as in the cases of claims of dangerous conditions, imminent death, would no longer have to investigated within 24 hours. These are only a few of the radical changes listed in the CANHR article.
The article reported that the measure was pushed through the budget committee rather than the normal legislative channels as it was being called an "efficiency" plan.
According to the article the measure would do egregious harm to the reform that has taken place over the last 30 years. Such surprising items as "informed consent" and theft provisions would have been placed outside the scope of DPH's responsibility.
The strange part of the story is that the Senate Budget sub-committee and Assembly are to have indicated these cuts would not save money. There are no specifics on how much money the cuts were supposed to have garnered, but the services to elderly residents throughout the state would most certainly have been impaired.
The CANHR article represents that the measure put forth by DPH was of a "sudden" nature and the people in the business of rallying and supporting the elderly came together quickly to quash the destructive cuts which could cause deleterious effects on the whole nursing home industry.
Quick call to DPH
With Governor Jerry Brown slashing the state budget as the deficit has been upgraded to 16 billion recently, so the move on the part of DPH should be an interesting story, as Brown continues to threaten to cut what are considered necessary services, such as nursing home oversight.
However, the surprising part of this situation is why DPH would move so quickly, under the radar, to get such a bill passed? This would be front page news, but somehow it got left on the back burner. I'll wait for my answers from DPH before I speculate too much.
I made a call to DPH public relations to see if I could get a response to this startling article and I did manage to speak to a young man who promises that someone will address the claims in the CANHR article.
What makes me wonder about this whole situation is that the PR guy who will be calling me back, said he knew nothing about this. I would imagine that it would be the most controversial bill to date for DPH, but he knew nothing?
Basically, this was an attempt to stop DPH from policing, being responsible for the care of elderly patients around the state.
Who would be in charge if DPH manages to challenge this recent decision and go forth with a similar measure or bill?
I'm not against a citizen's group overseeing the nursing homes as I think they would be far more effective in enforcing the hospitals to follow procedures known to keep people safe and comfortable.
But why so quickly and why doesn't the public relations department even know?
KVHD Elder Abuse Trial
Next month marks almost five years since the allegations of short staffing and elder abuse took place in the Kern Valley Healthcare District skilled nursing facility.
With a former CEO who had false credentials to a tax measure with faulty architectural plans, to cries for help from staff, this trial will represent the willingness of the state to hold some KVHD leaders accountable for the deaths and mistreatment of its residents.
Not only that but this trial will be a litmus test as DPH wants to curtail it's oversight, but does that leave Kamala Harris and the Attorney General's office to intervene? It was Jerry Brown, formerly the AG, and the Department of Justice who opened up the investigation into KVHD.
DPH records found serious problems at least a year before the DOJ came to KVHD. But there were no alarms going off or efforts to make changes. DPH accepted KVHD corrective measures.
The KVHD elder abuse trial is scheduled for June 25th at the Kern Country Superior court. Defendants, Pamela Ott, Dr. Hoshang Pormir and Gwen Hughes, all have public defenders, though at one time, Pormir had high powered attorney, Donald Etra. Ott was also given 25K dollars in a 3 to 2 vote by KVHD board members.
DPH and KVHD
Considering the lackluster job done by DPH surrounding the investigation into the claims during 2006 that KVHD was short staffed, one has to wonder if they are so incompetent, how much worse would it be without them?
We will find out a month from now whether there should be consideration of removing the cronyism that is DPH and finding a more effective way to monitor elder care. If the elder abuse trial turns into a sinking ship, then it could be time to find a more efficacious way to protect our older, disabled citizens.
DPH had cited KVHD a year before the use of psychotropic drugs for the use of "physical restraining." They were also written up for having patients with severe weight loss and dehydration.
Those citations did nothing to stop them from medicating patients without permission, the records show that in 2007, KVHD simply stopped the physical restraints and switched to using primarily psychotropic drugs. These drugs often make patients drowsy and easier to manage, requiring less staff.
Links to DPH measure
The measure has so far been defeated, but Patricia McGinnis with CANHR, said she expects to see it back on the table in the future, but with the confidence that it will be voted down again.
"We plan to not let it go through," the nursing home advocate protested.

Where are the rumors that the hospital is closing coming from: Tim McGlew maybe...
The rumor mill has found the source: KVHD CEO, Tim McGlew
As people of the Kern River Valley are wondering what is happening with their public hospital and clinics, nothing has popped up in the local news, as this is serious, says Kern Valley Healthcare District CEO, Tim McGlew.
With two reporters on hand for last week's KVHD general board meeting, the KV Sun website is devoid of news and the administrators at the hospital are now denying the hospital has less time than a microwave dinner...
For those who like the news dry and arid, read the CEO's comments during the November 2, 2011 general meeting, unedited except for the uhs and umms:
"With the approval of the state budget this last year, Governor Brown included significant cost reductions for distinct part skilled nursing facilities and sub-acute units.
Those cuts were to be 10% off our rates that were in effect as of our 2008/2009 year.
They made an application to CMS, the federal agency that oversees Medicare and Medi-Cal, initially did not get a response from CMS- CMS issued- during that point in time after they filed that application there was significant input from the hospital communities, from the hospital associations and other providers.
With regards to the impact of those cuts, we're gonna have on the hospital industry and the healthcare industry here in California- CMS issued the state a request for additional information which that state ultimately responded to. and I don't know the timing when they actually received that request versus when they finally made the decision, but- the state has basically approved the, the federal government has approved the state's actions for those rate cuts- to put these into perspective is that in how that impacts the us, we are looking in terms of 1.8 million dollar reduction to our reimbursement-1.8 million dollar reduction.
Obviously, you look at our financial statements you see that those cuts would be drastic.-I don't think-know, for the most part they are unsustainable- there's no way you are going to cut your way to break even or profit with that kind of cut." END
Okay, am I the only one who smells a rat here? If you transcribe Tim McGlew it is easier to see the BS in the PR from the CEO of the SNF and ER. But the video of the last meeting is a must. I must get that uploaded and soon. Remind me.
What is required as urgent to get a story covered by the locals?
This story was not urgent enough for some immediate coverage? The closure of the hospital which suddenly came upon them only a week ago? What has to happen at KVHD to actually get coverage...would they have to win the lottery or they resuscitate Governor Brown at a rally and thereby win favor?
Let's watch as it is quite interesting the Kern Valley Sun delayed this information or our "critical access" to the story and details about the current problems that may effect many who are brave enough to still be customers of the district.
McGlew promised to be writing a full report for the KV Sun this week, so I guess we need to wait and hear the newest and latest side of his own story of the hospital closure...???
What are the ramifications?
This is where we need leadership and quickly, but we don't have it. We want to think that there are no issues we can't handle if we work together, however, that's our problem in the KRV, we don't work together.
If this hospital is on a string, it has been for years, and now we have an excuse, the easiest one of them all: it was the government who did it.
This piece of dramatic public relations crapolla was given by Tim Mcglew with all the right sadness and inflection of deep grief peppered throughout his determined effort to convince us that they are the VICTIMS of reckless government, or ruthless profiteering or whatever they think of next.
They are simply looking in the mirror.
Let me explain something that is important to understand as this issue begins to settle into our busy minds: the people who gain from this are the people who have money and retirement and no lawsuits against them at KVHD.
Bankruptcy and negotiation options stolen from community
The options, ALL the options, were stolen last year by the CFO, Chester N. Beedle and CEO, Timothy McGlew, and probably a couple board members who met with Cal Mtg. our debt insurer, when we were NOT ALLOWED to hear about negotiation or bankruptcy before more ties that bind us to our latest debt: the 6.8 million dollar "January 2011, Beedle deal."
Though the board voted for this informational option, it obviously did it as a deflection as they apparently had no intention of following through. As I said, with revelations that would appear upon a full investigation, there could be charges or some potential justice, (which would make me faint immediately), but that is not a risk certain people wish to take.
We also never saw the operations report done as a result of the 2010, KVHD default with Cal Mtg., from HFS. We heard it had giant holes, but then most of what we hear from KVHD has giant holes. Nothing new.
Plan B, the strategic plan that was to be addressed at every meeting, the promises and the failure. We heard it all and never blinked. How do you guys do that, oh yes, we have to discuss the major impact of the potential loss of the district: no food for the sycophants.
They don't want the books opened up
Contracts are all over this town and the hospital has a grip that you would not believe, that is until I reveal all who could've, should've helped, but didn't because of those "think local" contracts.
They tried to scare the wits out of the community with the threat of bankruptcy unless we the people paid their debts off for them just last year.
Throwing good money after bad is the American way.
And they will tell us anything at this point that we still cannot go into a bankruptcy, yet it could have been successfully completed. Or we could have fought for ourselves, but instead we are too late for those non-tax payer, bail out, measures.
And we could be on our way back from negotiations tentatively planned early in 2009 if the attempt at a rational, non criminal action in terms of negotiating with Cal Mtg. the financial debt master of KVHD was not aborted by the administration ...but the records would come open for all to see and that threatens those with their hands in the cookie jar.
Instead of thinking of those who need a hospital and all who have believed in the humanity of our system, the administrators and board members have dashed all the trust and converted our good will into a farce, causing a chasm in the community.
But don't worry yourselves too much
I know the consensus is that the administration and board must go. That will be easier than you think when we get to that point. You do have that control, we are not victims, but we sure are acting like it.
If you have only gotten your information via the KV Sun newspaper or other local advertising papers, and the sound coming from channel 104.5 on your radio, then you likely don't know much about what has happened here at KVHD in the last few years. (white collar crime or in this valley "the whole ring around the white collar crime.")
Where are the news hounds?
How much longer will there be an ER, that is called news. It would also be called urgent news in circles where a newspaper is used for the community rather than the other way around.
Last month the information came out in the middle of the KV sun general meeting article, just a sentence, that the ER group headed by Dr. Sacapano is on their way out of KVHD, yet there was no follow up as to the excellent journalism 101 questions: why, when, where and how.
If this is the case, then there must be some interest such as maybe losing their CAH status? Or are they are planning on bringing in a temporary company to cover but at what cost? Or...
Apparently, we are not allowed to hear the truth. I've been stonewalled by Mr. McGlew of late, he said he doesn't read my blog...really. From what I've heard he has made it the topic of discussion along with trying several tactics to keep me and my cameras from the meetings since his arrival in July of 2009.
Randy Peale maybe able to answer to some of my contention, that if there is nothing to hide, why are you hiding? And why did they try to keep me from criticizing them or trying to set me up in various ways? Defame me to such an extent I cannot receive any healthcare in the area that I live in that doesn't include the KVHD X-files (again our medical records) Are they so weak at this point that an injured, caustic reporter would push them to do things such as breaking into my records? Threatening people on my medical contact list? Trying to get me thrown out of the meetings? Purposely mistreating me in the ER by mixing politics and medicine? (See post title: "complaints to the cook can be hazardous to your health")
PATHETIC! Kern County allowed a high school board member a swat at someone who disagreed. This is not what we call good examples of judgment, just like KVHD, as there is no rule against criticism, but there are rules against trying to quash criticism to obstruct, say an investigation or colluding with others for personal gain, keeping the tax payers out of the loop or ignoring PRA requests. (A summary list, it goes on and on and on)
Okay, settle down, you will know much more soon, just keep reading. I do answer all queries and I read your stories. I'm slow to respond, but I do care. Allow me some time and I will personally get back with you on any issue KVHD.
There are interim measures such as leasing or bringing on temporary managers, (how about Sandy Haskins of HFS who successfully lead Sierra Kings District Hospital through a bankruptcy after former KVHD and Sierra Kings, CEO, Pamela Ott was arrested) and next year is an election year where the public can speak out, anonymously, safely, behind the curtain, with a vote.
I'm not for cutting the pay of doctors, nurses, all staff, including those who cook, make beds, clean, fill out forms, triage patients (your money up front please), are important elements to a good system. What we have is chaos in this country and it will get worse not better until we wake up to the fact that we lost control of our own local healthcare and we now are running out of time nationally.
First let us hear from KVHD, and the "Wiki leaks" CEO, as that is what they keep promising. And I'll bet the KV Sun has been busy whipping up the cream for their pity party...
