Chet Beedle, KVHD, Chief Financial Officer, can apparently pray and create amazing windfalls for the district. After hearing for six months about how the district couldn't pay its one million revenue bond payment without wiping out the reserve, Beedle magically, created $600K in a matter of three weeks.
